How to Book a Car with NEXX Car Rental?

1. Reservations are done through WhatApp chat by submitting the form above.

2. Submit documents based on your choice of payment.

Instant Bank Transfer/E-Wallet/Paypal:

•  MyKad or iKad
•  Driver’s License
•  Business Card or Latest Utility/Credit Card Statement

Debit/Credit Card:

•  Passport
•  Driver’s License (Domestic - written in English or International)

International customers must pay via debit or credit card only and cash payments are not accepted.

3. Proceed with full payment using one of the payment options below.

•  Online Instant Bank Transfer
•  E-Wallet (Touch N’ Go)
•  Paypal: 5% fee
•  Debit or Credit Card: 3.5% fee

Debit and credit card payments are done through Stripe’s payment platform. We do not provide credit card machines.

4. Upon successful verification of documents and payment receipt, we will promptly provide you with car details and the assigned delivery staff.

Car Rental Booking Window

• 2 months for 7 days rental and above
• 1 month for 3 days rental and above
• 1 week for a 1-2 day rental period

Car Rental Mileage Policy

Economy | Premium Car Rentals

1 to 2 day rentals: 200KM per day

Rent 3 days & above: Unlimited Mileage

Luxury | Exotic Car Rentals

1-2 days rental: 130-200KM/day

Rent 3 days & above: Unlimited Mileage (selected cars)

RM0.25 to RM3.00/KM surcharge after exceeding mileage limit. (Economy, Premium, Luxury, Exotic Car rentals.)

Car Rental Refund Policy

• Security deposits are refunded within 5-10 business days to your account or credit card, provided no tickets have been issued or damages.
• A transaction fee will be imposed for international bank refunds, which may vary depending on the customer's bank and the chose method of refund. (Telegraphic Transfer, Paypal, Wise, W. Union etc.)

Car Rental Cancellation Policy

Cancel on public holidays/festive season/early returns/ within 7 days from rental date:

NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-NEGOTIABLE

Cancel within 14 days from rental date:

50% REFUNDABLE

Cancel 14 days before rental date:

100% REFUNDABLE

Extra charges such as security deposit, delivery fees, child seat, and CDW add-ons will be fully refunded.

Renting with Foreign License

According to section 28 of the Road Transport Act 1987, the holder of a foreign country's driving license can drive in Malaysia as long as the domestic driving license is valid and is in the translation of English.

Renter’s Non-Waivable Excess Liabilities

We are authorised to charge the renter no more than the amount stated below, regardless of whether the renter is at fault. The renter will only pay for the excess amount rather than the total accident repair cost, and the excess is for the vehicle’s restoration downtime in the workshop.

NEXXCOVERAGE

NEXXCOVERAGE is a comprehensive and premium insurance package that is included with every booking to provide our customers with additional peace of mind and protection when renting a vehicle.

It includes a range of coverage designed to protect against potential risks and expenses that may arise during a rental period.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

CDW provides protection to renters against the full repair cost of the rental vehicle in case of an accident or collision. This includes third-party vehicles too.

Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)

LDW provides coverage in the event the rental vehicle is stolen, vandalized or damaged by natural disasters.

• Year, model, color, or specific vehicle features are subject to availability.

• Renting our vehicles for purposes such as house or office moving is strictly prohibited.

• For the comfort, health, and safety of all customers, smoking, drugs, alcohol, etc., are strictly prohibited in our rental vehicles.

• NEXX reserves the right to offer an alternative car from a similar range if the requested specific model is unavailable, based on availability.
