By joining our partnership program, you can effortlessly generate additional income while maintaining full control and peace of mind over your beloved supercar. Here's how our program works:

Standard Vehicle Requirements:

Year 2013 & above and fully registered under partner’s name.
No serious wear & tear or damages done to the exterior and interior of the vehicle.
No serious damages done to the internal components of the vehicle.
Complete set of basic repair tools/kits.
All (4) tyres in functioning and proper good condition.
Up-to date installments.
Valid insurance and road tax.

We do not accept cars that do not meet the above requirements. We suggest that interested applicants may get their cars ready before applying to be a partner with NEXX Car Rental.

Document requirements for new partners (in copy):

MyKad and Driver’s License (front and back).
Owner’s Grant.
Insurance Cover Note
Warranty & Service Booklet (if any)

Vehicle Accidents & Insurance Claims

The vehicle's host must be present to assist in any formal activities regarding insurance claims for major accidents caused by one of our customers, theft, or natural disasters. Claims that reduce the NCD discount amount will be reimbursed to the host for the following year's insurance renewal. For minor damages such as paint chips, scratches, body dents, broken headlights or taillights, cracked windshields and any other exterior cosmetic damages, NEXX Car Rental will either claim from the responsible party or be accountable for the damages ourselves.

Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs

Internal damages/repair such as those to the engine, gearbox, radiator, fuel pump, water pump, gasket, wiring, and any other internal component damages caused by wear & tear are not covered by NEXX Car Rental. In these cases, the car host will be responsible for the repairs in order to continue the partnership agreement.

Return of Vehicle & Partnership Termination

Our agreement offers a high level of flexibility, allowing either party to cancel at any time without incurring penalties. However, it is important to provide a 14-day advance notice of cancellation. In the event of cancellation, the vehicle will be returned in the same condition as it was provided at the beginning of the partnership agreement.

Regarding termination, it is essential to note that NEXX Car Rental reserves the right to terminate any partnership agreement without prior notice or the obligation to provide a reason. This clause allows NEXX Car Rental to exercise its discretion in ending a partnership if necessary.
